Country star Miranda Lambert was apparently involved in a steakhouse showdown last weekend in Nashville.
A tense exchange between Lambert’s dinner guest and a man at a nearby table erupted into a full-on argument. It ended with assault by lettuce!
Bystanders report that Miranda, in “a fit” of anger, stalked over to the other couple’s table, picked up the wife’s salad, and dumped it all over her.
Miranda was having dinner with her mother and an older male family friend at the Nashville restaurant. Apparently, the friend got into an argument about Millennials with another man in the restroom–like you do. The argument carried over into the dining area.
A helpful videographer captured a video of the aftermath, which showed the two men shouting in each other’s faces. They also spied Miranda–or at least a slim blonde identified as Lambert–leaving the restaurant in a hurry afterward.
The police were called to the scene, but by the time they had arrived, Miranda’s party was long gone. No report was filed, but the internet quickly circulated the dramatic story.
I’d like to know more about this salad. Was it a side salad or a full meal? Had the wife already eaten most of her food, or was it a full bowl? How much dressing was involved? And now the incident has gotten me thinking about the worst salad to have dumped onto your lap. I’m thinking maybe a Cobb since there are so many toppings.
This isn’t the first time Miranda has made headlines with her behavior. To quote The Good Place, she’s “a messy bench who loves drama.” Miranda met her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, while he was still married.
Last year, she allegedly wrecked another home when she met Evan Felker of the Turnpike Troubadours. Although he was married, he fell hard for Miranda and ghosted his wife! What’s even crazier is that they’d only known each other for a few days. She dumped him after less than six months.
Miranda also isn’t one to hold her tongue if she wants to speak out. She’s gone on record to criticize everyone from Chris Brown to Ashton Kutcher, and she’s not sorry about it.
I’m just saying that Miranda Lambert is not to be messed with. She will come at you, with or without a salad.
