On May 5, 2020, Adele truly shocked everyone when she posted a birthday Instagram photo rocking a little black dress, heels and a drastic weight loss transformation. Turns out, Adele lost 100 pounds since she began her weight loss journey!
How did she do it?
“Adele never cared about or liked working out,” a source told Us Weekly in July of last year. “She does 60-minute sessions that include cardio, circuit training, and Pilates … She’s found a routine that’s working for her and is enjoying it more.”
Rebel Wilson declared 2020 hers for the taking – and so far, she’s gone right out there to get it. Her progress is incredible, and we know she’s not done until she hits her goal weight of around 160 lbs.
In an interview with E!, Wilson’s trainer, Jono Castano, said he encourages his clients to work out every day for 45 minutes.
His program for Rebel Wilson reportedly includes high-intensity interval training, technique and tempo, mobility, weights, and resistance. Wilson only gets one day off a week!
