Many people across the country are participating in the very popular #DryJanuary, which is a challenge to remain sober for the first month of the year––no drugs or booze allowed.
But for some people, it’s not just #DryJanuary––it’s #DryEveryday. These celebrities are just a few of many who, whether for health reasons or personal choice, choose to be sober all day, every day.

It’s reported that Tyler, the Creator doesn’t even allow drugs or alcohol in the studio because he wants everyone to remain clear-headed during the creative process.
Her husband has been known to rap and sing about indulging in drugs and alcohol, but Kim isn’t on Kanye’s wave. Khloe Kardashian told Elle, “Kimberly does not drink alcohol whatsoever…she’s just never been into it.”
Maybe she doesn’t want to lose control in front of all those cameras?
Brad Pitt recently revealed he is sober after he thanked Bradley Cooper for helping him ditch booze at an awards show. Pitt now goes to AA and is serious about maintaining his sobriety.
J-Lo’s reason for going alcohol-free is more cosmetic than anything. “I think it ruins your skin,” she told Instyle in 2003.
Considering she’s 50 years old and still looks incredible, I think she might be on to something.
Demi Lovato first went to rehab when she was 18 years old. She has always been open about her battles with addiction, and after an overdose scare in late 2018, she’s reported that she’s staying happy and clean.
It’s hard to believe the sweet star of “High School Musical” had a cocaine and alcohol addiction, but it just goes to show you that you can’t judge a book by its cover. Efron went to rehab in 2013 and now stays sober.
Jada told Us Weekly that she hasn’t had alcohol since the early 90s. Guess the Fresh Prince himself is the only drug she needs!
Kendrick attributes his sobriety to his childhood growing up in Compton, CA. He saw too many people in his family destroyed by substance abuse, and didn’t want the same to happen to him.

Calvin Harris abused alcohol for years before going sober in 2014. He wrote on Twitter, “Wouldn’t dream of encouraging anyone to drink 2 bottle of JD a night,” referring to his old habit of drinking two bottles of Jack Daniel’s whiskey every evening.
The “This Is What You Came For” DJ also wrote, “Aye things are a bit less fun but haven’t had an arrhythmia since 2014.”
