Sure, there’s been plenty of media coverage documenting the tumultuous relationship between Khloé Kardashian and Tristan Thompson. However, now we’ve gotten to see several other sides to the story.
At last, the first Keeping Up with The Kardashians episode detailing the drama has aired. And we’ve certainly learned a few things.
To recap, back in February, Khloé’s boyfriend – also the father of her daughter, True – cheated on her. However, unlike the prior incident, this time Tristan’s infidelity involved someone close to the family.
The Cleveland Cavaliers center was caught making out with none other than Kylie Jenner’s best friend Jordyn Woods.
Tristan also cheated on Khloé just days before their daughter’s birth, but she decided she wanted to try to fix their relationship for the sake of their baby. Though, as if his unfaithfulness hadn’t already been an issue, this incident took things to a whole new level.
Just after the allegations became big news, Jordyn was featured on YouTube Watch’s Red Table Talk with Jada Pinkett Smith. In the interview, she claimed Tristan kissed her as she was leaving a house party early in the morning.
She denied that it got any more heated than that, despite what everyone else had been told.
Khloé flat out called her a liar.
Apparently, it was Kim’s friend Larsa Pippen who informed the Kardashian clan of the incident.
She’d heard about it from a “reporter friend” who was planning to release a story. As such, Larsa wanted to give her friends a heads-up that “Tristan and Jordyn were all over each other.”
When the news broke, Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, and Kylie all got on a group call to discuss what went down. Together, they attempted to get to the bottom of the rumors.
While Khloé couldn’t reach Tristan, she did talk to Jordyn – who claimed she couldn’t remember if they’d kissed.
Khloé found it “weird” that Jordyn hadn’t let her know that she and Tristan were both at the party. Normally, she said, she’d get a text.
Plus, it was also odd that Jordyn claimed to be Khloé’s “watchdog” that night. Yes, apparently, Jordyn alleged she’d stuck around to keep an eye on Khloé’s baby daddy for her.
Meanwhile, Kendall called Kim to ask if the rumors were even true. Like the others, she thought Jordyn would have been “the last person on the planet” to do such a thing.
Then, the confirmation came. Khloé learned from Jorydn that she and Tristan had, in fact, “made out.” And, yes, she was furious.
“For Jordyn to know everything I’ve been through with Tristan,” Khloé said, “literally my heart is in my eyeballs.”
Kylie agreed, saying she felt the same regarding the scenario. And Kim said she also felt “so bad” for her sister, since Khloé had “trusted and supported” Jordyn for quite some time.
It was clear that Jordyn essentially betrayed the whole family.
Tristan later confirmed what had happened as well – that Jordyn had been sitting in his lap, and that they “made out.” Khloé, while reading off text messages to Scott Disick, also claimed that Tristan threatened to “kill himself” over the scenario.
She added that the threat was “crazy and so unfair.”
Tristan better be using the best deodorant he can find, because it sounds like he’s really sweating this one.
The family all agreed that one of the biggest issues was that Jordyn also failed to apologize for what happened.
Khloé said she was hurt by the lack of an apology, and that Jordyn was apparently “downplaying” the incident. Kim and Kylie agreed that Jordyn should have been more remorseful.
In her testimonial, Khloé said both Jordyn and Tristan were in the wrong.
Addressing them both, she added: “you both collectively ruined the relationship with me, with your daughter, with Kylie, with everyone.”
We expect we’ll learn even more about the aftermath in next week’s episode, too.
